How RAW Bands are made?

The story begins on rubber plantations in Thailand, where latex — a milky, elastic sap — is carefully harvested from rubber trees. A small cut in the bark lets the latex drip out without harming the tree, creating the pure base material we use for RAWBAND.

The fresh sap is filtered and cleaned so we get only the best natural latex. This removes impurities and prepares the sap to become strong, stretchy, and consistent in performance.

The purified latex is mixed with natural curing agents. Liquid latex is poured into flat molds and formed into continuous loop shapes.This seamless construction eliminates weak points and improves lifespan under tension.

The shaped latex is heated in a controlled process called vulcanization, binding its molecules together so the material becomes permanent, elastic, and durable — able to stretch thousands of times without losing shape.

Before leaving the factory, every RAWBAND undergoes strength, stretch, and elasticity testing to make sure it meets our standards. Only bands that maintain their resistance and structure after repeated testing make it into your hands.

Every step — from tree sap to finished band — is about keeping the material natural, strong, and honest. This is what gives RAW BAND its smooth resistance curve, durability, and premium feel — not plastic, not synthetic substitutes, but natural rubber made the right way.

Ultra-Smooth Surface

RAWBAND undergoes a special heat treatment followed by shock cooling during production. This process refines the surface of the natural rubber, making it noticeably smoother than standard resistance bands. The result? Less friction on the skin. No burning sensation during high-rep workouts, fast transitions, or full-body movements. You get the same raw resistance — without the raw discomfort. It’s still 100% natural rubber. Just finished the right way.

Orders from our EU and Global store are shipped from our warehouses in Slovakia, Europe.

It takes 2 business days when shipping to Slovakia, 2-4 business days when shipping within the EU, and 7 - 14 business days when shipping outside of Europe.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 150€.

If you're in the EU then no import duties will apply. If you are outside of the EU, we are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. From 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU. The UK orders are fulfiled from the local fulfilment centre, there are no extra taxes, customs and duties charged. The US orders customs are calculated at checkout.
