Got Enough Space? Here’s What You Need

To really enjoy the freedom of ring training, you need room to move — and swing. We recommend leaving at least one meter of free space on all sides of your rings. That means a room at least 3 meters wide is ideal. For ceiling height, 2.5 meters is the sweet spot — low enough for muscle-ups, high enough for hangs and inversions. But if you’ve got 5-meter ceilings in a warehouse, don’t worry: we’ve got extra-long straps to match. We’ll help you adapt your setup to your space, not the other way around.
