Hybride training zonder in te leveren op uithoudingsvermogen
Uithoudingsvermogen maakt het lichaam buitengewoon efficiënt binnen een smalle bewegingscorridor....
At Marmati, we believe training should prepare you for an adventurous life. To ride, run, travel, explore, and keep moving for decades. Strength should support that lifestyle—not become another destination.
The Marmati story
It started outside.
Thousands of pedal strokes, running steps, and swimming cycles make the body exceptional at repeating specific movements. We add what endurance often leaves behind: strength, mobility, stability, control, and movement variability.
Fixed machines control movement for you. Instability asks your body to control it. Combined with resistance, it develops strength together with stability, coordination, mobility, and control—the foundation behind how we train and what we build.
The outside world is our training ground. That makes how we build part of the responsibility—from recycled and responsibly sourced materials to European manufacturing and products designed for years of use.
We don't design equipment to add more things to your training. We look at familiar tools and ask how they could move better with the life of an endurance athlete.
Garbage™ turns gymnastic rings into a portable strength system. Cloud™ creates a simple platform for strength and control. Stage™ brings resistance and instability into lower-body training. Each begins with a different movement problem, but follows the same principle: less equipment, more possibilities.
Together, they form the MARMATI system — tools built around instability, resistance and freedom of movement, designed to keep strength close wherever endurance takes you.
A tree can become an anchor. Rings can become a gym. A suspended platform can turn stability into a challenge. Resistance can fit inside a backpack. We believe strength belongs wherever life takes you—not only inside four walls.
Performance is not only pace, watts, or distance. It is staying strong enough to ride another climb, mobile enough to move well after thousands of kilometres, and resilient enough for another season, adventure, and decade.
