We produce heavy weight metal constructions in our family manufacturing company. There is leftover metal from each construction we make. 70% of the metal in our metal gymnastic rings is left over from our production process. (lending further weight to our upcycling scheme).

Our straps are made from recycled materials instead of virgin nylon. Recycled Fiber is made from PET bottles and old yarns under the High Tatra mountains, Slovakia.

Marmati gym rings are made of sustainably sourced birch plywood from baltic region of Finland. It is made from only top quality birch veneers laminated together with no filler wood. All the used wood comes from certified or controlled forests. Marmati ensures responsible forest management through the PEFC forest certification processes of our manufacturing partners in Finland. 98% of energy used at production processes of our Finnish production partners is generated by renewable energy mills.

We use recycled paper for boxing of our products and also for any aditional product inserts. Production of recycled paper uses less energy, water and generates lower carbon emissions than non-recycled paper production, while reducing landfill waste. Paper can be recycled up to 5 times in a row. Manufacturing takes place in Czech Republic. The company uses only materials and technologies that meet strict quality and environmental requirements.

We use rubber as an adjustment tool for our gymnastic rings and as a cover for the QR code presenting important information at the same time. 30% of rubber in our products is made from recycled materials. 100% of rubber in our products can be recycled. There are no adhesives or permanent joints of rubber parts and straps, so each rubber can be easily removed and recycled.

Marmati plywood rings are painted with Osmo natural wax that is based on natural vegetable oils (65% solids, sunflower oil, soybean oil, thistle oil) for natural protection of the surface of wood. It creates a semi-glossy protective film that repels dirt, has an antistatic effect, protects against unwanted drying and moisture. The colour is made in Warendorf, Germany.
