STAGE™ is a compact training platform built for lower-body strength, stability and control. Connect resistance bands directly to the platform for loaded squats, hinges, lunges and calf work—or suspend STAGE from gymnastic ring straps to turn solid ground into a moving surface. One platform. Two ways to challenge the body: resistance and instability. Built for cyclists, runners, triathletes and anyone who wants stronger legs beyond the repetitive movement of endurance sport.

SAFETY

Suspended training introduces movement beneath the feet and should always be progressed gradually.

However experienced or strong you are, training on an unstable suspended platform is challenging and involves a risk of falls and serious injury. Never underestimate the movement of STAGE or assume that experience with conventional strength training, balance training or gymnastic rings removes this risk.

Always use secure, load-rated anchor points and compatible straps and connectors. Check the platform, anchor point and every connection before stepping onto STAGE. Begin with the platform positioned only slightly above the ground, keep the surrounding area clear and use stable external support until you can confidently control the movement.

Never position STAGE at an unnecessary height. Do not use it above hard, sharp or hazardous objects, and do not perform movements beyond your ability or level of control.

Do not use damaged, worn or incorrectly installed straps, connectors, anchor points or platforms. Stop immediately if any component shows signs of damage, excessive wear or unexpected movement.

Use STAGE only as instructed and within your abilities. You are responsible for ensuring that your training environment, anchor point and setup are safe before every use.

CARE

Keep STAGE clean and dry between sessions. Wipe the plywood surface with a damp cloth when needed and allow it to dry naturally.

Store indoors in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to rain or standing water.

We think you'll like this product. But if not, send it back within 45 days after delivery for a full refund, no worries. None.

Two modes

01 / Resistance

Keep the ground, add load.

STAGE creates a fixed base for resistance-band training. Connect RAWBAND™ through the integrated anchor points and use the platform to create tension from beneath the body. Squat. Hinge. Lunge. Pull. Raise. Change the band, anchor position or starting tension to change the resistance. No rack. No weight stack. Just a compact platform and elastic load.

02 / Instability

Remove the ground.

Connect STAGE to your gymnastic ring straps using LINK™ and the platform leaves the ground. Now the surface can move beneath you. Every squat, split squat, stance and controlled movement requires continuous adjustment through the feet, ankles, knees, hips and trunk. Instead of guiding your body through a fixed path, STAGE asks you to create the stability yourself. Adjust the suspension setup to change how freely the platform moves and how much control the exercise demands.

Product construction

Plywood platform

A rigid plywood platform creates the foundation for loaded and suspended training. The compact format provides enough standing area for lower-body movements without turning STAGE into another piece of permanent gym furniture.

Integrated anchor points

Openings around the platform create multiple connection points for resistance bands and suspension setups. Change the connection point and you change the direction of resistance, stance or movement.

Rubber feet

Raised rubber feet create clearance beneath the platform for bands and attachment points while helping STAGE remain planted during ground-based training.

LINK™ compatible

Connect LINK™ straps to STAGE and clip them into your gymnastic ring straps to create the suspended configuration. LINK's segmented construction provides multiple attachment positions for adjusting the setup.

Compatibility

STAGE™ was designed to connect with the equipment you already train with. Add RAWBAND™ for resistance, LINK™ for anchoring and Garbage™ Straps for suspension. Combine them differently to move between strength, stability and control without changing the entire setup.

RAWBAND™

Add elastic resistance.

Why STAGE™

Strength

Build the strength your endurance sport doesn’t.

Stability

Challenge stability by taking away solid ground.

Single-leg control

Build strength and control one leg at a time.

Movement variability

Move beyond the patterns your sport repeats.

Athletic longevity

Build a body that keeps you moving for decades.

Built for athletes constantly on the move

Portable movement equipment built for life beyond the gym.

Build what endurance doesn’t.

Cycling and running make the body extremely efficient at repeating the same movement for hours. That is their purpose. But repetition alone doesn’t provide the same stimulus as dedicated strength training. STAGE™ gives endurance athletes a practical way to add resistance through squats, hinges, split squats, calf work and other lower-body movements—building strength around the movement patterns their sport already trains thousands of times.

Make the ground move

Strength is not only about how much force you can produce. It is also about how well you control that force when the environment becomes less predictable. Suspend STAGE™ and the platform can move beneath your feet, requiring continuous adjustments through the ankles, knees, hips and trunk. It introduces a different training stimulus where maintaining position and controlling movement become part of every repetition.

Train one side at a time

Running is essentially a continuous sequence of single-leg contacts, while cycling asks each leg to repeatedly produce force through the pedal stroke. STAGE™ creates space to train each side independently with resistance, instability or both. Single-leg and split-stance movements can expose differences between sides while developing the strength, balance and control needed to manage force through one leg at a time.

Move beyond repetition

Endurance performance depends on repetition, but the body benefits from experiencing more than one movement pattern. With STAGE™, you can change stance, resistance, direction of pull, attachment point, range of motion and stability. Move bilaterally or unilaterally. Keep the platform planted or suspend it. Instead of building another machine around one exercise, STAGE™ gives you a simple surface from which many different movement problems can begin.

Build for the years outside

The purpose of strength training for an endurance athlete goes beyond the next race. It is about keeping the body capable enough to ride, run, travel, explore and move through the world for decades. STAGE™ brings strength, stability, mobility and movement control into one system designed to complement an endurance lifestyle—not compete with it. Train for performance now, but also for everything you still want your body to do years from now.

Built for athletes constantly on the move

Flowband™ follows the same philosophy as all MARMATI equipment: portable, durable, minimal, and designed for movement outside traditional gyms.

Throw it into a backpack. Use it beside the road. Train near the trailhead. Recover at camp. Move in hotel rooms. Stretch after long rides overlooking mountains.

Because endurance athletes rarely stay in one place for long. And their strength equipment shouldn’t either.

FAQs

STAGE is a compact training platform designed for resistance-band and suspended training. Use it on the floor with RAWBAND for loaded strength exercises or connect it to suspension straps to create an unstable training surface.

No. STAGE can be used independently, but RAWBAND unlocks its resistance-training system.

LINK is required for the recommended MARMATI suspended STAGE setup.

No. LINK, gymnastic ring straps, RAWBAND and other accessories are sold separately unless included as part of a bundle.

Yes. Ground-based resistance training is one of STAGE's primary functions.

Suspension introduces movement beneath the body, increasing the requirement to stabilize and control your position. It provides a different stimulus from stable resistance training rather than simply adding more load.

Not exactly. STAGE can be used for instability training, but it was designed as a broader training platform combining resistance, suspension, stability and mobility work.

That is its primary purpose. STAGE gives cyclists, runners and triathletes a compact way to add lower-body strength, single-leg work, stability and movement variability around their endurance training.
